With Donald Trump making his third run for President, all while under one constitutionally questionable indictment in New York, and a second far more serious one in Miami, this one with national security implications and undertones, especially with its current allegation of misappropriating classified materials with nuclear capabilities, simply because ‘he thinks he can’.
If true, Trump just KNOWS he’s in it really deep this time.
Well, that just might be what permanently undoes him, so we must now take a forced, hard look at where we stand on a man whose presence and influence has us asking, “Should he stay in the race or not?”.
Just from what I’ve put together about the nuclear information he’s alleged to have taken home—which you’re never supposed to do—EVER—and I don’t care who you are, you just DON’T do it!
You don’t leave classified material at work, either returning it to the SCIF (Secure Compartmented Information Facility), or putting it in the burn bag for destruction. If the allegation is true that Trump took home nuclear-themed classified information proves true, then he’s in a world of BUTTHURT from which he’ll never escape.
Had either Ron DeSantis or other military veterans taken home classified material, they’d have been forcibly reassigned to a 6x8 cell at Leavenworth because of laws in place covering this.
While Trump’s political enemies—24/7 political erections and all—seek to do whatever it takes to remove any threats to the questionable legitimacy they have on power in the United States—perceived or real—the fact remains that while I voted for Trump twice, I will never, ever again do so; not even at the peril of my life, even if he were the only name on the ballot, like some third-world crapholes.
Trump is a boor, an ass, as well as a 24/7 narcissist with below-zero humility, who doesn’t care at all about anyone except himself. Donald Trump proved many things since he descended the escalator at Trump Tower in 2015 and announced his presidential candidacy. He took on the establishment and Deep State, and firmly and resoundingly whipped its butt.
While he won the battle in the process, he lost the war, because his capability in combat tactics was not so much lacking, as it was completely absent, and failed to prepare for the Deep State’s counteroffensive, which wiped him out in 2020.
In the process, Trump consistently failed to view the bigger picture, failed to respect those needing due deference, failed to do his due diligence, and also failed to show proper respect, recklessly angering people in the process—simply by breathing in some cases —without any consideration for the consequences.
Trump opened his dog-and-pony show by angering his Generals, starting with Marine Corps 4-star Generals John Kelly and Jim Mattis, Homeland Security and Defense Secretaries respectively; BOTH of whom quit on him, realizing they were dealing with an emotional six-year-old, who’d never reach the emotional age of seven, then or ever.
When the Generals turn on you, you’re toast, especially when he called them all ‘losers’, asking why they hadn’t won any wars and all. The name of the game is preventing war without firing any shots.
Mark Esper—who succeeded Mattis as Defense Secretary—had his resignation letter written up when Trump, in a fit of pique, fired him; yet again showing America how a narcissistic, emotional six-year-old brat can’t keep his emotions in check.
This made a total of 12 straight years (between Obama and Trump) of narcissistic megalomaniacs operating The Spite House, the worst narcissists and megalomaniacs ever to desecrate and ‘soil’ The People’s House in American history. Back-to-Back, no less.
The rest of Trump’s time—however much good he may have done—was rendered irrelevant, because he’d antagonized so many people, including Republicans. He’d made himself unelectable, and as hard to believe as it is, Trump’s even more narcissistic and lacking humility than Obama, a feat I previously thought impossible!!
As to the indictments, we begin with New York’s Alvin Bragg: Those charges were at worst misdemeanors. Weaponizing them into felonies was abusing an office Bragg proved himself manifestly unfit for, which Bragg’s village idiots were stupid enough to elect him to.
As to the Feds in Miami: Any attempt to try Trump ANYWHERE IN AMERICA will fail—either on the basis of an inability to find twelve unbiased jurors—which’ll 100% guarantee his inability to get a fair trial, or if he IS convicted in a questionable trial, it’d then be tossed on appeal, citing reversible error, based on Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment grounds.
If more serious exploration of the classified materials proves he took nuclear secrets material home and would indeed guarantee a conviction under the Espionage Act of 1917, Trump best be looking to play ‘Let’s Make a Deal’ ASAP, with the following provisions:
WITHOUT PLEADING GUILTY to any charges, Trump drops out of the race with lifetime prohibition from EVER seeking elective office. He pays a $15,000,000 ($15 million dollar) civil—not criminal—fine.
Because of the number of people who want him dead, both foreign and domestic, he KEEPS his protective detail, and all other post-presidential perks. Democrats best play along; this, in order to keep Republicans from going after Democrats when Republicans get back in power.
In addition, any and all other pending charges anywhere, federal. state, and local, are dismissed—with prejudice—which means they can never again be refiled. EVER!
Lastly as part of the deal, he accepts a gift-wrapped pardon from JoeBurden handed him, with a bow on top, lest a potential civil war be ignited with America, and the 2024 election wraps in concrete America’s tarnished reputation as a third-world banana republic. He also accepts a similar blanket pardon from New York Governor Kathy Hochul as well.
This is a play from former NFL prospect/President Gerald Ford’s playbook, who after considerable agonizing and yes, prayer, decided to award a blanket pardon to Richard Nixon for any and all crimes while he was in office.
This visionary gesture was essential for needed national healing after Watergate, even though he knew it would cost him the 1976 election. Remember, sports fans, Ford would go on to receive a Profiles in Courage award from the John F. Kennedy Library in 2001 for history having shown the wisdom in Ford’s 1974 pardon decision.
Trump—in his nonstop stubbornness—along with both his complete lack of humility, combined with lifelong deflection, may well lead to his choosing to reject the deal; which would be his funeral, in which case, the gloves come off, and the Government with its legal baseball bats comes into play for ‘legal batting practice’.
Should Trump REJECT such a ‘gold-plated sweetheart deal’ that escapes avoiding conviction to preserve the dignity of the office of President of the United States, then he should be pursued with all the zealousness—on steroids—required by the canons of ethics, up to and including seeking and obtaining the Death Penalty pursuant to the Espionage Act of 1917.
If it worked in frying Julius and Ethel Rosenberg in the Chair at Ossining in 1953, it can be equally applied against Donald Trump. A conviction in this case would carry with it the following:
Automatic loss of presidential title, Secret Service detail, presidential pension, all other perks, and last of all, loss of United States Citizenship, pursuant to Title 8, United States Code, §1481, as to the commission of an act(s) of treason (or in this case, espionage) being grounds for said revocation of United States citizenship. This, in addition to a sentence of death by firing squad.
Trump’s infantile name-calling has long worn old. We’re sick of a nit-picking bully-in-chief. Yet 7-8 years later, Trump remains unchanged, which is why he must go NOW. He had his chance, but remains a petulant brat.
He refuses to follow direction, has forfeited his chance to lead, and must be driven from the race using every legally permitted, constitutional method available means to ensure he’s gone.
The RNC (Republican National Committee) must snap shut its checkbook tighter than Fort Knox, as this ethical and moral reprobate will only destroy the party the longer his toxic presence is allowed within it as the cancer he is.
Steve Jobs—in approaching his death from pancreatic cancer and introducing his Apple CEO successor Tim Cook, said,—"Out with the old, in with the new”.
We are now at an American crossroads with Donald Trump, who must now face accountability for his legal transgressions, whether right or wrong, and be dispensed along the standard of “Out with the old, in with the new.”
He must go. Now. Yesterday is not soon enough! ***
