With today being Election Day in the United States, we’re seeing the chickens come home to roost for the Party of Hate, Derision, and Violence. Yes, we’re talking about the Democratic Party, as they—through their 24/7 cycle of spewing hatred almost nonstop for the last 7½ to 8 years—with the mainstream (read: drive-by) news media as their willing puppet slaves.
The midterms are a good way of establishing accountability for what seems to be a bunch of spendthrift losers in Congress acting like drunken sailors in a brothel with a VISA black card; except it’s not their money to spend; it’s ours, and we’ve come to take our wallets back!
Thinking if they hammered their mantra of mouth-foaming hatred for Donald Trump for sufficient length of time, they’d win, except for the fact that while Donald Trump thinks three, four or more steps ahead of those jackals, the undisputed fact remains those Jezebels of the fourth estate prostituted what trace of ethics they may once possessed, particularly when their head gigolo Lester Holt of NBC News, rang the bell on any previous professional integrity he once may have once owned.
Which is exactly why they’re called presstitutes.
This he did, when he boldly proclaimed there was no need to even bother being objective when the subject matter involved Donald Trump. Apparently, Holt forgot—or more likely, deliberately chose to repudiate—the wisdom of the highly talented Diane Sawyer, who said the responsibility of journalists was to cover, not BE, the news.
So, to this point, let’s ask some questions here: Has Donald Trump been formally charged, and convicted of a crime of sufficient magnitude to strip him of any of his rights guaranteed under any of the Constitution’s amendments? Of course not, not that it mattered to the band of 24/7 mouth-foamers who believe in ‘rights for me, but not for thee’.
Like the rest of us, Donald Trump has rights, specifically the Fourth (against illegal and improper search and seizure), Fifth (protection against self-incrimination), Sixth (right to speedy trial, and this is the and key part here: trial by an impartial jury, something I do not believe Trump can get anywhere in the United States. At all.
Whether in Washington DC, New York City, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, or Rapid City, it is simply not possible for Donald Trump to get a fair trial anywhere in the United States. If you could get a jury empaneled, I’d make a motion before the judge in the case, seeking dismissal with prejudice.
Said motion would be granted on the grounds that public passions are so inflamed, and temperatures running so high, that even if there were a conviction, that its being vacated on appeal based on reversible error, would be so high, that the judge would forced to grant my motion and issue a Trial Order of Dismissal.
Just like any other accused, Trump would have to be informed of the nature of charges and accusation against him, not to mention being confronted with witnesses against him, as well as the right to have competent counsel to assist him in his defense. Let’s not forget the Eighth Amendment prohibitions against cruel and unusual punishments or excessive bail, and his Fourteenth Amendment rights in regards to equal protection under the law.
Had they broken from their diet of leftist lies online or in print, and sought a degree of either accuracy or objectivity from any Washington paper other than the Post—and referred to the Washington Times, Examiner, or Free Beacon, the writing would be for all intents and purposes, Wagner® Power-Painted on the walls, and that is the Democrats and their pals in the drive-by media are going to get mowed-down tonight at the polls.
Soros can’t help them. Hillary only hurts them. Obama only turns to brown everything he touches. Bill Clinton is at least smart enough to work on his golf game. George Bush? He has his paintings and his grandchildren to enjoy, just like his father, the other President Bush did.
It’s going to a Slaughterhouse tonight at the polls. With the Republicans taking over both the House and the Senate (including a net total of FIVE Senate pickups in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, and New Hampshire), this is going to an ass-whooping not seen since 1994 for the Senate, and for the House since 2010, when the GOP picked up a net gain of 67 seats in the House.
While it may be a large boost for the Republicans, the solution is only half-done. The other half of the problem needs solving by removing the greatest impediment to America’s greatness, who started out terrific, but is now become nothing more than a millstone around the GOP’s neck.
I’ll touch on that in Part Two. ***
